We have two flat fee structures. Our retail offering is for projects from $10m-$50m Gross Development Value(GDV).
- Our Bespoke offering is for projects $50m and above GDV.
- Both offerings work on a sliding scale 1-3% fee of GDV.
- Extra costs allocated for 3rd parties.
- We determine budgets and KPI setting to ensure ROI.
